Return Policy

1.)   If you are not happy with the item(s) you purchased from us, we will refund the cost you paid for the item(s), but will not refund the Shipping, Insurance, Tariffs, Duties & any other costs incurred. In order to obtain a refund, the item(s) has / have to be sent back to us within (14) days in their original condition with packaging intact (No use / damage / scratch / wear and tear). Buyer pays for return shipping cost to the warehouse where the Product(s) was / were sent from.

2.)   Free Shipping item(s), we will refund the difference between the price and the actual Shipping Cost. If the item(s) is / are lost or damaged in transit, we will refund the item(s) cost based on the Register’s coverage policy.
Any visible marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item is returned to you and no credit or exchange will be given. We cannot accept returns after 14 days.

3.)   We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The customer must contact us first to discuss the return.
